Hey all,

I'm looking for the IR2011 model. This model was posted a few years ago, but the link doesn't work any more.
Does someone has a backup of the file?

I'm also looking for a model for the IRS2092.

Wir fanden das Original-Modell damals zu langsam und haben uns daher selbst eins gemacht.

2. das LTSPICE-Schaltbild - ir2110.asy

4. das 30-fach schnellere Modell von uns - my_ir2110.sub
5. die IR-Testschaltung - ir2110_Schematic.asc
6. unsere Testschaltung my_ir2110.asc, bei der auch das Innere des Chips getestet werden kann.

Unser Modell (my_ir2110.sub) kann ohne Änderung auch als IR2113 verwendet werden und mit kleinen Änderungen in den .param der Datei my_ir2110.sub auch als IR2010, wobei einfach nur von den vier [ns]-Zeitangaben jeweils 30ns subtrahiert werden müssen.

Anmerkung: unser Modell ist wegen der internen Verwendung von Gattern und Switches speziell auf die Spice-Version von LT ausgelegt.

...aber grundsätzlich ist natürlich sicherer, wenn man das Original-Modell von IR benutzt. Bist Du Dir sicher, dass man das nicht mehr bei IR laden kann?

Mit dem IRS2092 haben wir IMHO noch nichts simuliert. Ich hab keine Ahnung, ob jemand das Modell besitzt. Sollte aber doch eigentlich auch beim Hersteller downloadbar sein...

The original Spice model can be downloaded by IR indeed.
But then I have a problem how to input the Orcad or microsim Pspice model into LTspice (or Multisim would be even better)

Allright, those are the same files of the official IR website.
the question is how to make it work in LTspice (or multisim)

1. unpack the .zip file,
2. throw away everything except ir2011.sub
3. open LTspice and draw a symbol with 8 pins, save it as ir2011.asy, same directory as ir2011.sub,
4. create a new schematic in LTspice, save it in the same directory, use the created symbol and include the ir2011.sub.

It works, maybe... ;-). I forgot some details, you will see .

(Forum-script or Miss Servi messed up the link to ir2011.zip...)

I've tried it, but it will take some time to build the complete schematic around the IR2011.
Maybe another a simple question.

Is it possible to get a sawtooth/triangle waveform in LTspice (like a voltage source) or even en PWM signal?

mm, strange, there are no errors but there is also no output signal.
Also when I connect the comparator to the IR2011, de voltage will be smaller.

Allright, I've output from the LT1016, but no output from the IR2011.

Which file are the necessary simulation files?

I think there is no load needed.
Also simulated with load doesn't make any difference.

Please change "Simulate > Control Panel > Spice > Engine/Solver" to "Alternate".

Summary of problems solved: Bad pin numbering in symbol, tiny note in model "The "Low side return (COM)" pin must be grounded.".

I found a decent working version on diyaudio.

The simulation is now completely working .
Problem solved.

but I still don't know exactly how to import does spice models.
