Well, from where I'm sitting Stefan's (Beobachter) designs are well thought out and have a very high level of professionalism. They however could do with more info on why he chooses to use certain parts, simulation data or simple calculations showing that this is more than someone getting creative with PCB/schematic design software. Currently it looks a bit like he's saying 'this is my design, take it or leave it' and he gives no more feedback.

I've emailed Stefan on numerous occasions asking for his help, but he always seems very busy, yet he does seem to have time to draft these elaborate schematics and PCBs. These must take hours to complete and simulate. I would have rather seen him put his time and expertise to good use by helping other members instead, to perfect their designs or educate them on the flaws in their designs.

Afterall we're all here to help each other, not to use the forum to show others that you're the best electronics engineer or your designs are so much better that anyone else's. They certainly can be, but it is soo much more rewarding if you help others to learn and explore, afterall, we've all started out that way. Hence don't stay high up in your crystal tower, but mingle with the town folk that would like to get their designs working as well.

I for one welcome Stefan's posts, as I learn a lot from looking at his designs, he however could be more pro-active with helping others and providing feedback on designs that are not his own.

So in summary I'd like to say: keep up the good work Stefan, but be willing to also help others that are still learning. Afterall we're all here for the same purpose; learning about designing and building class-D amplifiers.
