I'll reply in English for clarity.
1. You need the 100k 2W resistors for the Rfb and anode circuit, most probably another 390 ohm for the cathode of the driver (pentode conected as triode, we can consider it a generic universal triode). If the driver cathode resistor is bypassed, you should remove the cap.
2. If the power supply caps are small, you can try the Broskie method to inject some ripple to the cathode of the output tube with an adequate size cap from B+ to the cathode (a voltage divider is created with the cathode bypass cap to inject a part of ripple equal to gain+1).
The cost of this operation is low, and results could be disproportionately appealing!
Further development should be the zener diode on the g2 of each output tube replacing the grid resistor, and a fixed current draw via LM317.
You already have the amp, now you need the good sound!
